Ellen Gober Walter is founder of The Walter Group, a political consulting firm focused on garnering the women vote for candidates. She is currently the Director of Women Engagement for the Republican Senatorial Committee.
She has worked on political races ranging from a local Mayoral race, State Legislatures, US Senate, Governor to Presidential.
Ellen began her career in politics in 1980 when her father ran for Mayor of her hometown in Texas. She worked on Capitol Hill for 3 different Congressmen and in the George W. Bush and Donald Trump White Houses.
Ellen is a 1989 graduate of Hollins University, Roanoke, Virginia with a degree in American Studies. She spent the Spring of her junior year studying in London, England on Hollins Abroad program. Ellen serves on the Virginia Council of Women and Black Conservative Federation board. She is also active in her college alumni association. Ellen and her husband, Jeff, live in Alexandria, Virginia and have 2 grown children
Craig DiSesa is currently the President of Middle Resolution PAC. Craig’s business background includes small business sales and business management. Craig became acquainted with the founders of Middle Resolution in 2009 and soon thereafter joined the Board of Directors.
Craig initially directed the Middle Resolution’s legislative initiatives where he worked to promote public policy focused on the expansion of free market economics in healthcare and education. Craig was instrumental in leading a coalition of healthcare policy experts to provide healthcare alternatives and prevent further expansion of government into the healthcare arena. Craig was also intimately involved in legislation to offer parents education options through tax credits and other initiatives to provide more choice for all students regardless of income levels.
In 2016, Craig became the President of The Middle Resolution overseeing campaign operations, legislative initiatives and accountability to the voters. Since its inception, The Middle Resolution has won 10 of 15 candidate nomination contests, 23 of 28 general elections along with driving legislative efforts in education, healthcare and election law.
Nancy Smith is currently the Political Director for Middle Resolution PAC based in Hanover County, Virginia. Nancy was the campaign manager for the Bob Good for Congress campaign in 2020 and served as campaign manager for Dave Brat’s Congressional re-election campaign in 2016 as well as his Deputy Campaign Manager in 2014. Nancy has worked on local and state races as well as grassroots conservative causes in Virginia over the last decade. Nancy retired from Henrico County Public Schools in 2011 having served as the department chair for the program for Deaf and Hard of Hearing students and lead Audiologist for the school division. Nancy graduated from Mary Washington College and the University of Virginia with a bachelor’s degree and holds a Masters Degree from James Madison University.
Cindy is a Christian Constitutional Conservative, Mom of seven, Grandmother of four, Army widow, Military Army Veteran. and served as a National Delegate for Trump 2016, 2020 and 2024. She has over thirty years of grassroots organizing and strategic planning work as an activist for the conservative values across the United States with focus on Wisconsin, Michigan and Pennsylvania.
She currently serves as the 2nd vice chair of Milwaukee County GOP and was a 2024 RNC National Delegate. She was also 2024 WI State Referendum Leader, who helped pass the Citizens Vote Only referendum which passed with 71% votes.
She served on the Resolution Committee in the 2019 and 2021 WI GOP Convention as well as a delegate for WI CD4. She was a Delegate and an Alternate Delegate to 2016 and 2020 RNC Conventions.
Cindy has been the WI chapter chairman for Frederick Douglass Foundation, which knocked on 50,000 black houses under the leadership of the late national chairman, Dean Nelson, for Winsome Sears’ 2021 Lt Governor’s race.
Angie is the Republican Executive Committeewoman in Florida's 17th District.

After graduating of Columbia University’s Graduate School of Journalism, she had a successful career as a news editor, reporter and columnist in the U.S. and Asia for publications such as South China Morning Post, Reuters, NY Times and WSJ.
Angie is currently the daily morning news show Host of The Final Countdown, and political commentator on a number of news programs including Fox News, Epoch TV, NTD, One America News Network and Real America’s Voice and a political contributor for NY Post and other US publications.
She pivoted to politics and served on the Board of Directors for Blacc PAC Forward and National Veterans Parade and worked on numerous political races at the local and federal level.
Julie Cho is the New Trier Township Republican Committeemen in Illinois. She was the national delegate to the 2024 RNC Convention.
In 2017, she began building a conservative Asian coalition that focuses on educating and informing Asian communities on policies in the Chicago area and was able to elect several local Republican candidates. From there, she was able to expand a conservative Asian Republican alliance.
She currently serves on the executive board for the Frederick Douglass Foundation. Under the leadership of late Chairman, Dean Nelson, Frederick Douglass Foundation knocked on 50,000 black houses in Virginia in 2021 in support of Winsome Sears Lt. Governor’s race, which was vital in securing her victory for Lt. Governor’s race.
